This blog is more or less about my pursuit to try and figure out what I want to do with my life. Or, at least, what I’m going to be doing with my life at this particular moment.
In May 2010 I finished my undergraduate experience at Transylvania University and obtained a degree in chemistry and a minor in German. That fall I left Kentucky and drove (!!) out to Friday Harbor, Washington, where I spent my fall in a research apprenticeship studying chemical oceanography of the pelagic ecosystem throughout the San Juan Islands (University of Washington Course Website). After the program, and a long drive home, I found myself working doing business development and marketing duties in Louisville.
Throughout college I traveled, but mostly in and around Germany. Now I intend to settle down for a few years and start graduate school to pursue an MBA. This is still a path in development and will be updated over time.
